about

DJ Mag Review
Hailing from Ireland, Metroneem joins a small global crew of producers making this underground strain on electro-breaks. Like fellow countryman Decal, Metroneem's sound is rooted in stark electro breaks and powerful bass undercurrents - witness the lowend bleakness of the title track. However, he's also inspired by a wide range of other electronici nfluences. the legacy of teh 80's is evident on the menacing 'Gone To Ground", which impodes in a haze of industrial noise, while the evocative 'Blue Screen' boasts resonating Detroit tones and 'Monologic' inhabits a domain powered by junglist sub bass.
